暨好吃的臘味煲仔飯後,再嘗試以豬肉片做煲仔飯,整個米飯吸收肉片的油花跟香氣,真的是簡單又好吃,大家可以做做看喔!
【鍋具】18CM 鑄鐵圓鍋
【材料】
1. 梅花肉適量切片
2. 米2杯
【步驟】
1. 米洗好後放入鍋中 (米:水=1:1.1)
2. 將梅花肉先以醬油、鹽、糖醃過
3. 醃過的肉鋪平放入鍋內米上方
4. 蓋上鍋蓋,以中小火煮至鍋蓋緣有蒸氣冒出
5. 轉小火,煮5分鐘
6. 關火,悶10分鐘
7. 開鍋,上桌
