我上個月前在家樂福買了一包“孫班長蔥燒大餅”,是的,我現在在慢慢減少去 Costco,是的,我真的覺得家樂福的東西比 Costco 的種類多多了,更更是的是,不用買一大包,所以我可以試試買了一包冷凍的“孫班長蔥燒大餅。”

上上禮拜第一次試著烤了一片吃,結果烤太久了,我一直想要烤的脆一些,250度,烤了十分鐘,比說明書說的四到五分鐘多得多,但是太硬了,不好吃,我還有點在想,是不是這“孫班長”不好,這一包一共有三片,大概五十塊吧,不好也不算損失大啦。

今天,就想說,再試一次,不抱太大的希望,就一次把剩下的兩片烤了,哈哈哈哈,很成功、很好吃,一定要給讚,一樣是用一般家用約700W的微波爐解凍,火力開到最大,解凍30秒,一樣是250度烤,但是這次有先看包裝上的圖,就是要烤的跟圖上面一樣,還是不照說明書說的五分鐘,畢竟每個烤箱火力都不一樣,這次大約是烤7分鐘,重點是,要看烤時上色的狀況,這次很成功,很好吃,我喜歡!這就是烤好的樣子。

蔥很多,各位看看,我烤得跟包裝上的像不像!

基於,差點誤會了“孫班長”,特此一文,還加上一張背面照,哈哈哈哈。  附註一下,這“孫班長”我可是真的花錢買的,這可不是公關文,也沒收錢,純粹就是愛吃愛寫,而且我下次到家樂福還要再買!
