記得在之前曾經聽過馬雲的演講

他曾經說過一句話

員工離職的原因

錢沒給到位

心委屈了

這代表什麼

其實上就是簡單的一句話

老子今天幹的不爽

所以員工就離職了

我還記得曾經有一位我底下的員工

他說他想從事撰寫程式的工程師

雖然心裡是百般的不爽

但是為了公司及部門著想

我還是把這件事情向上給陳報了

當然我為了這位員工好

在還沒有呈報之前

我已經先和撰寫程式部門的主管

確認好相關的事

因為他已經很熟悉公司內部的一些作業方式

如果換了一個新人

我相信可能要重新的在做教育

再加上公司當時所執行的命令是遇缺不補

雖然我常認為我是一個非常不稱職的主管

但是我卻非常希望我底下的員工

一旦離開現有的職位

他可以找到更好的職位和薪水

如果沒有辦法

我會希望他不要離職
