Due to an error by Spamhaus and communication difficulties with them, emails sent to providers using Spamhaus are currently being bounced.
Here is what you need to know:
Q1: Which email services are affected?
A1: iCloud and Microsoft Outlook (including
@outlook.comand@hotmail.com).Q2: What functions are impacted?
A2: If you using these email services, you cannot receive any emails from us—meaning new account registrations, daily digests, system notifications, and password reset emails.
Q3: Why is this happening?
A3: On August 7, 2026, Spamhaus suddently changed its Reverse DNS rule and incorrectly flagged our server. We reported the error immediately, but Spamhaus don't understand the impact and history of email.
Q4: What should I do?
A4: If you using these email services, please change your email. Log in, go to Account Settings, and switch your email to an unaffected provider (like Gmail, or any others) so you don't miss important emails from us.
Q5: When will this be fixed?
A5: Resolution depends entirely on Spamhaus understanding the issue on their end.
